NON-DISCLOSURE & CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

Version 1.0 — Grey's Place Private Community

This Non-Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by the undersigned member ("Member") of Grey's Place, a private adult community platform.

1. CONFIDENTIALITY OF ATTENDEES
The Member agrees to keep strictly confidential the identity, presence, and participation of any individual encountered through Grey's Place events, gatherings, or community spaces. The Member shall not disclose, directly or indirectly, the name, likeness, profession, or any personally identifying information of other members to any third party without explicit written consent from that individual.

2. CONFIDENTIALITY OF EVENTS
The Member agrees not to disclose the location, nature, activities, or any details of any private event hosted through Grey's Place to any person not in attendance at that event. This includes but is not limited to: the address of a venue, photographs, video, audio recordings, written accounts, or descriptions of what transpired.

3. NO PHOTOGRAPHY OR RECORDING
The Member agrees to strictly observe the no-photography and no-recording policy at all Grey's Place events unless explicitly and publicly announced otherwise by the event host. Violation of this policy is grounds for immediate removal and permanent ban.

4. DIGITAL PRIVACY
The Member shall not post, share, or otherwise publish on any social media platform, website, forum, or digital medium any information that could identify another member or reveal details of private events.

5. CONSENT & RESPECT
The Member acknowledges that all interactions within the community are governed by enthusiastic, ongoing, and informed consent. The Member agrees to respect the boundaries and privacy of all other members at all times.

6. DURATION
This Agreement remains in effect indefinitely from the date of signing and survives any termination of the Member's participation in the Grey's Place community.

7. CONSEQUENCES OF BREACH
The Member understands that any breach of this Agreement may result in immediate and permanent removal from the community, and may expose the Member to civil legal liability from affected parties.

8. ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By signing below, the Member confirms they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement in full.
